Are you a top line Civil Dirt Boss? If so, our client, a major international mining company, needs you!

Our client is developing one of the world’s largest Copper- Cobalt deposits in the burgeoning Katanga Province in South Central Africa. They are currently constructing world-class facilities for a 40 year mine life operation. They require four Senior Civil Construction Supervisors to commence as soon as possible.
The successful candidates will possess –


* Minimum 10 years construction experience
* Solid earthworks background
* Solid roadworks, drainage and underground power experience
* Ability to communicate at all levels and possess a ‘hands on’ attitude and approach
* Willingness to supervise and guide national/local employees

Desirable Criteria –


* Experience with training national workforces and local contractors a distinct advantage
* French / Swahili language skills an advantage, not essential
* Previous experience in Africa or other developing countries will be well regarded


This is an international position requiring awareness and understanding of inter-cultural issues. Successful candidate must develop comprehensive understanding of local customs, cultural and community issues.

The role will be offered on a 2 year contract, FIFO roster.
