Executive Manager - Infrastructure

Our client, a prominent Indonesian mining Company has the requirement for an Executive Manager of Infrastructure for their coal mining operations in Central Kalimantan (Borneo). This is position is based on site and will have an attractive base salary paid in US$ free of taxes and operate on a roster of 30 days on 12 days off.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Project management of all civil engineering and infrastructure construction such as roads, bridges, power plants, ports, conveyor, crushing plans etc required to support the mining activities.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will possess:

* Strong civil engineering background with at least 15 years field experience;
* Last 5 years involved in senior project management;
* Degree in civil engineering;
* Experience in coal projects;
* Experience in the Indonesian mining industry;
* Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian (highly desirable);
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Experience in Primavera scheduling.

A very attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate which will include completion and performance bonuses, and site allowances.
