Civil Contracting Firm Major Infrastructure Projects Influential Management Position Outstanding opportunity exists within an emerging market leader of WA's booming civil contracting sector. This organisation has developed a strong market reputation as a diverse provider of services for the major players of Heavy Industry. As General Manager-Concrete, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the division, and will strive to build upon the rapid growth of the organisation.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager you will use your formal engineering qualifications and strong business development acumen to ensure the successful tendering, planning, and execution of concrete structural projects. You will have demonstrated project management exposure, particularly in the execution of infrastructure projects for civil and mining contracting firms. Your commitment to safety and quality assurance standards will be second-to-none, and your knowledge of the related business support systems and ISO:9001 certification will compliment the priorities of the firm.

Along with your strong technical background, you will be commercially-minded with a strong focus on developing and exceeding baseline targets and KPIs for this critical division of the organisation. Your industry contacts and established networks will provide insight into the opportunities available within this competitive sector. You will be an ambitious individual with a view of setting ambitious goals for both yourself and your team.
