Our client is a leading provider of professional services to the energy, resource and complex process industries, whose success has resulted from outstanding project delivery for customers around the world.
They are currently seeking a motivated Technical/ Study Manager with experience and proven ability in establishing and managing cost and schedule, coupled with a background focused on minerals processing plants and mining facilities.
As the Technical/ Study Manager, you will be responsible for managing project engineers and designers involved in the development of the project through the detailed engineering to implementation and commissioning.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide and complete audits, project valuation, including estimating operating and capital costs, financial analysis;
Preparation and approval of proposals including estimating, resourcing and recruitment;
Project management & mentoring including client personnel;
Development, management, promotion and implementation of business strategies in conjunction/ consultation with management;
Train & Develop Kazakhstan technical staff and conduct site visits’ review data and information; to develop and evaluate assets with an aim of developing a suitable financial model.
To be considered for the role, you must posses:
A degree in Engineering, or related field;
Excellent leadership and team building skills;
Significant experience within the mining and minerals processing industry;
Russian language is not mandatory, but would be an advantage.
Experience within an Eastern European country would be highly desirable
Fly In-Fly Out available for role.
