Due to continued growth and expansion we are now looking for an experienced Drilling Manager to join their team immediately. This growing organisation has recently aligned themselves with a global petroleum group that is concentrating on the production of LNG resulting in your guaranteed career development on a global scale.

To meet their calculated growth plans, that incorporates: exploration, technical engineering and senior management, the immediate focus is on a critical role within their Exploration & Production teams. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working out of the head office in Brisbane's CBD you will oversee the drilling program. You will frequently travel to site to ensure that the operations remain inline with your expectations.

The standout Drilling Manager would have a proven background in:
Managing drilling programs on coal seem gas wellsOverseeing the subsurface aspects of a development program A thorough working knowledge of workover and completion wellsPre-drill assessment and economic evaluation of drilling prospects Previous exposure in a Client or Operator environment is critical Bachelors Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience in drilling operations
