With an ever increasing reputation for reliable and innovative solutions, this mechanical services contractor is securing large contracts for the design, manufacture and installation of HVAC services at an increased rate.

Supplemented by an established maintenance & service division, their construction division specialises in all facets from design, project management, installation and commissioning of large and small commercial heating, cooling and ventilation systems for turnkey commercial, government, retail and hospital projects with project values up to $8 million.

They are seeking a tertiary qualified Mechanical Project Manager for the complete project management of several large projects throughout South East Queensland. Ideally you will have substantial prior experience with a large mechanical contractor on D & C projects up to $10 million as well as experience with the Green Star and Australian Building Greenhouse Rating Scheme (ABGR).
