**Construction Manager *Civil**

Run a team of experienced Engineers Expanding project portfolio Opportunity with one of Victoria's up and coming companies.
With ambitious plans for the future, this market leader is only planning on growing bigger and better and expanding their reputation as being a market leader within their chosen field. Continued success within the Melbourne market has led to the creation of the position of Construction Manager within their Inner Melbourne Office.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager you will be responsible for a team of engineers and 4 6 civil road, subdivision or construction projects concurrently. You will have a Bachelor of Engineering and at least 10 years in a similar discipline and be computer literate in MS Project, Excel and Word.

As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the Divisions Operating Performance this will include; project management, contract administration, business development activities and the logistics planning and resourcing of construction activities. To ensure this is done successfully you must possess great leadership and communication skills as you will be dealing with your team, other employees, Clients, Sub-contractors, Local and State Authorities and Management.
