Account Manager - Water Treatment Solutions

The Employer

In the world of water treatment my client stands head and shoulders above their competition. With some of the biggest contracts in Australia to their name they have become leaders in their field. There range of products and services are constantly being monitored, adapted and improved to ensure they are always one step ahead of their competition. Due to a national restructure this company is looking to secure the services of a proven Account Manager to join their high achieving Sydney sales team.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling this company's range of solutions to the manufacturing, mining and petrochemical markets in the Sydney area. You will be given full autonomy to achieve your sales targets and the support to ensure that the sales process runs as smoothly as possible and to ensure that your clients are retained well into the future. Your sales function will be an excellent mix of "hands on" account servicings and higher level sales in the Cooling Tower and Boiler water segment. You will be given the opportunity to present at sales meetings and your feedback in relation to market developments from the field will be highly sought after.

Remuneration for this role will include the following:

Negotiable Base salary + Super Fully maintained company vehicle OR Novated Lease Bonus scheme worth up to 25% of salary ($16.5K Per Annum) - Paid Monthly! Company Car, PC and Mobile phone Selection Criteria

To be successful in your application for this role, you must have a proven sales background. Candidates who have previously sold water treatment solutions or chemicals for other technical applications - will be highly regarded. Candidates currently working for GE Water are strongly urged to apply. You will have strong presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to deal with customer contacts at all levels. You will possess strong communication skills, exceptional commercial accumen and a strong desire to succeed.
