Think Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual. Based in our Perth office and reporting to the Sourcing and Contracts Lead you will play an important role in the Sourcing and Contracts team, ensuring best practice and optimisation by providing accurate information and following up with administrative requirements.
Think Purpose
The key accountabilities of this position include:
* Source and manage low business impact and low materiality spend categories;
* Provide contract administration support to the sourcing and contracts team;
* Calculate and administer BCS capture;
* Provide support to sourcing projects such as collection and analysis of baseline data;
* Analyse negotiated outcome;
* Implement strategies to achieve greater contract coverage and contract reduction though consolidation of contracts;
* Support supply improvements through data/information gathering.
Think Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate an analytical approach to examining data and an ability to formulate improvement solutions that comply with policy and procedure. You will demonstrate an ability to write contracts and have working knowledge of SAP and Excel. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact well with all personnel within the organisation.
Formal qualifications in Business with exposure to Commercial Contract Law and the Procure to pay process will be highly regarded, as will exposure to Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
The successful applicant must be available for travel to our Nickel West sites and occasionally Australia wide. An A Class Drivers Licence is also a requirement.
