This is a newly created role within one of the most successful construction companies in the burgeoning civil and rail sector. Having won a number of key projects in the last 12 months and boasting an excellent reputation within the market they are well poised to capitalise on the continued investment in upgrading and maintaining Australia's rail network. With a national presence and strong pipeline of work going forward this is an exciting opportunity to contribute the growth of an already successful and market leading organisation.

This exciting and challenging dual role will require you to not only prepare estimates and tenders but also act as bid manager for more complex civil and rail construction projects. You will work with senior managers and engineers to develop and produce competitive bids for civil infrastructure and track projects ranging from in value from $500K to $30m across Australia, building and leading teams require to win and deliver complex infrastructure works.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Bid Management, with significant exposure to civil infrastructure works. Excellent communication skills and the ability to not only work within, but build and manage large project teams will be essential to your success in the role. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in a simiar estimating or commercial role and share this company's passion for advancing the industry they work in.
