The role Manager Major Projects will see you responsible for the execution group working across several projects concurrently

Are you seeking a key role where your extensive project management and execution background can be fully utilised? Are you seeking that key managerial role overseeing several project teams delivering challenging projects to the mining and resources sector?

We are currently partnered with a domestic leader in full EPCM delivery. With a fully integrated approach to project and operational delivery, they are recognised as a leader within process and materials handling expertise. With a history spanning thirty years and having delivered numerous projects in that time to industry leaders, they are continuing to secure and execute interesting projects.

The role Manager Major Projects will see you responsible for the execution group working across several projects concurrently, a pivotal and rewarding role for the organisation and individual respectively.

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to...

The strategic development and direction of projects from concept through to completion in conjunction with project managers and senior management

The operational management of division budget, resources and staffing

The management of internal and external relationships with key stakeholders

Development and support of new projects/tenders in conjunction with the business development team

Qualifications...

Degree qualifications in engineering

Considerable demonstrated experience in executing successful coal based or minerals/metals processing type work

Extensive senior project managerial or directorial experience overseeing sizeable or multiple project teams

A motivation to succeed with the ability to work across multiple projects at multiple phases, concurrently.
