Leading from the front, this tier 1 civil contractor are involved in road, water, marine, and rail sectors across Australia and New Zealand. They have a range of major ongoing projects and will always maintain this large presence in Australia. In the last 14 days they have secured over $250m of work, across effectively 2 civil projects, and having been shortlisted for another $500m the future looks extremely good in a very uncertain climate.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Melbourne CBD office. You will be heavily involved in:

The review of design briefs.
Preparing, Planning and reviewing Project launch activities in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
Completing all activities on or ahead of time with all client expectations met, as per measure identified in the Project Plan.
Ensuring concept designs are costed and where design may drive budget pressures, manage appropriate remedial action.
The review of weekly/monthly status of program and manage, lead and drive site staff to ensure site construction activities are focused on and completed on time.
You will a major part of a large road / rail infrastructure project east of the CBD, which is forcast to be ongoing for the next 2 years. Due to the amount of secured work, there will be various future ongoing projects for you to lead.
