My client is a Global Giant within the Industrial Building & Construction Sector. They carry innovative technologically advanced products including drills, power tools and grinders to name a few. They pride themselves on their passion and industry experience which has given them the remarkable reputation they have today.

POSITION

Due to an internal company restructure a position has become available for a dynamic, motivated and outgoing sales Account Manager who has either internal or external sales experience selling through to the Building & Construction Sectors.

You will be responsible for Perth East Territory, selling a range of the companies Power tools, nuts, bolts and grinders through to Builders, Contractors, Plumbers and GVT Councils.

This position will initially involve 70% New Business focus and 30% Account Management. You will be working an existing territory of Perth East and using your exceptional local market knowledge to provide any technical support and closing sales.

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working as either an internal sales consultant who has been working within the Building and Construction sector for at least 4-5 years and is looking to make a serious career move into an external sales Representative role. You may even be an expereinced Sales Represenative who has at least 4 years sales experience within the Building & Construction, Electrical & Mechanical Sectors. You will be given full product training and practical experience to assist you.

You will be dynamic, motivated, hungry and outgoing. Ideally you will also have Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications or Certificates.

REWARD

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary package including $60K Base + Super + $5,000 guaranteed bonuses + an uncapped commission structure where you earn 2% commissions once you hit and exceed your set targets + FMCV + tools of the trade including Mobile phone, laptop & PDA + Internet Connection!!! What a Package!
