This leading builder completes single and double storey homes for the first, second and third homebuyer as well as small commercial projects. With over 30 years experience and a capable management team, the company sits in a very strong position in the WA market.

As a result of internal restructuring the company is now seeking a suitably experienced Estimating Manager to take charge of a growing team of estimators and be responsible for the overall delivery and productivity of the estimating department.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience as a senior estimator/manager with a WA builder
The ability to motivate and effectively manage a team
Strong attention to detail
A sound knowledge of estimating and construction
In return the selected applicant will be rewarded with an excellent salary package reflective of your experience as well as an ongoing support from senior management.
