A leading facilities management company has an opening for a QLD state manager, for a diverse national contract. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and not to be missed.

You will be responsible for all the FM services to over 200 sites so the role will require a technically savvy and process driven candidate with experience in a similar role. You will also be responsible for staff leadership as well as all the financial and budgetary requirements involved. You will identify, coordinate and implement on continuous improvement initiatives and maintain the highest possible level of service delivery.

Skills and Experience required:

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or Engineering trade Petroleum industry experience highly regarded Solid Facilities management experience - managing multiple sites covering a large geographical spread Experience in a senior role, either at Regional or State level Experience in preparing, analysing and monitoring budgets and finances Knowledge of QA, OH&S, environmental and risk management Experience in managing stakeholder relationships Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering hands on operations training to a team Auditing and report writing skills Excellent communication skills There will be some travel required and you will be required to have an up to date drivers licence and own vehicle.
