An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join one of Sydney's strongest building contractors. They are considered a small/mid tier builder and have just been awarded multuiple projects in the commercial, industrial and government sectors.

Projects typically range from $5 - 25M and they enjoy a good mix of tendered, repeat and own developments which is the envy of their competitors. They regularly fly under the radar but continue to be highly respected by many throughout the construction industry.

As a Project Manager in this tight-knit team, you will manage multiple projects with a commercial and/or industrial focus. Projects will be located Sydney wide but you will be head office based in Sydney's west. You will preferably possess building degree qualifications and be very experienced in a project management role. The time consuming nature of this role means only senior candidates will be considered.

You will be rewarded for your expertise and experience with a salary package in the vicinity of $130-150k with an attractive discretionary bonus likely to be offered at years end.
