TOC Manager
Regarded as one of Queensland's leading multi-disciplinary Contractors, our client continues to build upon their successes of recent years and deliver to high client satisfaction levels.

With an increase in both Alliance and Hard $ bids being assessed and developed at present, you will be responsible for development from inception through to detailed design completion, including estimating, risk analysis, preparation and submission of TOC (Target Outturn Cost) estimates and reports produced by your team. Essentially your role is management and overseeing Estimating, Design, Cost and Commercial risk for Construction input.

Your remit will also include responsibility for identifying, engaging and consulting all relevant stakeholders

Performance will be based on overseeing and leading your team in providing cost effective, deliverable and efficient solutions in project early phases, developing program and budget.

Leadership, client focus and commercially astute approach will be key skills you have developed.

To apply for this position, you will be Degree qualified with a relevant Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification, combined with at least 15 years experience gained from working on complex infrastructure or heavy civil projects with a recognised major contractor. You will have first-hand experience in delivering multi disciplinary design coordination for major projects with the ability to communicate at all levels of client, consultant, sub-contractors as well as your own team.

Experience in a very similar position in Australia is essential for your application to be considered.
