Programme Functional Planning Manager Australia
Based in Perth CBD, the Programme Functional Planning Manager will be responsible for:
- Development of planning and progressing procedures and the administration of all planners and schedulers staffs.
- Training of planners and schedulers across the Programme.
- Schedule optimisation studies and designing and developing reports and associated management tools to identify problem areas as the project proceeds.
- Lead spokesman for programme on areas of Project Progress and Planning.
- Provides technical and operational direction to planners and schedulers.
- Develops, interprets and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to schedule control and analysis activities.
- Reviews and provides guidance on all project progress and planning reports.
To be considered for this highly responsible role, you will need to have an understanding of both equipment and human resource capabilities and productivities; the ability to manage and lead a diverse team; prepare management reports, and impart skills and train others. A minimum of ten years experience in planning EPCM projects, tertiary qualifications and experience with EPCM projects and in previous planning positions is essential to the success of this role.

Our client provides programme management and EPCM services to the iron ore mining industry, and as a result of the next step in their expansion plan they currently require an experienced and qualified Programme Functional Planning Manager to work on an Iron Ore upgrade and development Projects.
This position is for immediate starts if successful. National and International applications are welcome and travel expenses will be covered if successful applicants are invited to interview stage.
