Opportunities within the Asset Development Projects (ADP) team are extensive and present the ability to enhance your mining expansion project expertise within a world class projects group well regarded and extensively recognised for our knowledge and technology.

Under the leadership of the Project Director and Study Manager Ports, this role will take responsibility for the development and deliverables of the Definition Phase Study, ensuring requirements of the program and standards are maintained along with consistency in the areas of major port developments including dredging and marine structures design and procurement. This role will undertake responsibility for the execution of the Outer Harbour Pre-sanction works in accordance with all HSEC, financial and schedule requirements of the project.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate with an incomparable degree of professionalism to compliment and expand the existing team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history within large scale studies and execution in a multi billion dollar projects arena. You will have extensive experience in the management of Major Port Studies and Developments along with a solid background in managing multi-discipline engineering consultants for the owner’s team. Through your experience you will have gained an exceptional level of engineering and technical capabilities with strong understanding of statutory requirements, sound decision making skills and demonstrate a proactive practical approach. Representing the Owners Team you will require excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, ability to think and plan strategically along with leading others in a dynamic and demanding project environment.
