Our client delivers world class water, sewerage and related services to 1.6 million customers in metropolitan Melbourne. Their focus is to lead the global water industry in serving the customer and the environment. They are offering a unique opportunity to join our Asset Creation Division and become part of this dynamic and changing environment.

The Manager - Sewer Growth Projects will be accountable for providing leadership to the Sewer Growth Projects Team to ensure the delivery of Sewer Growth capital program projects.
Our client is seeking an individual who can coordinate the delivery of projects to achieve budget and schedules. Critical to the success of this role will be the ability to resolve issues which may impact the efficient and effective delivery of infrastructure projects as well as provide effective contract management to minimize disputes, variations and resolve contractual issues.

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in Engineering with eligibility for admission as a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and have the proven ability managing large capital multi-project infrastructure programs and large complex budgets. Experience managing contracts and tendering as well as a background in construction, operations and/or maintenance of water and/or sewerage systems is also required.

High level interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing and working with a range of stakeholders as well as strong team management experience will ensure you are a success.

The position is classified as a Senior Manager, salary package range $95 - $115K (dependant on experience) plus the ability to package in a vechicle and up to 15% bonus.
