Construction Manager required to head up national mid-tier construction company, $180k plus on offer

With a guaranteed $300M+ pipeline of works in place and expanding business operations here in nationally, a Construction Manager is required to establish themselves as a key stakeholder in the business within the NSW construction division.

Projects are focused in the residential, retail and commercial sectors and you would be required to manage the activities of up to 5 project managers in conjunction with securing new projects, overseeing the delivery phase of works in progress, and provide real advice in relation to construction, cost and design. Imperative to this organization and role is the ability to work closely with clients.

Importantly you will need to have successfully demonstrated experience at construction manager, project director or senior project manager level here in Australia. You must be motivated to drive business operations further, possess exceptional communication and people skills and be able to manage across the organization up-and-down levels. Tertiary and / or trade qualifications in building would be considered a necessary pre-requisite.
