Currently looking for a Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the project managers to promote and protect the commercial interest of the business unit. The candidate will act as a primary interface on all contract matters and monitor and asses performance of all contract activities.
You will need:
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in engineering,
- Project management experience related to project portfolio (inclusive of complex projects),
- Good knowledge of construction insurance, contract law, trade practices, risk management and Industrial Relations,
- Familiarity with Australian and International Standard Conditions of Contract,
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills,
- Experience within the power industry; ideally Transmission & Distribution.
