Planning and Reporting Manager - experience req!

Sydney's leading recruitment agency EBR, is seeking an individual to join a reputable company as Planning and Reporting Manager. In this role, you will be assisting project managers in the development, creation and review of new exciting projects in the rail industry.

Your duties will include:

* Coordinating submissions and monthly reports that examine the performance and safety of projects - and forwarding this information onto internal and external colleagues.
* Supporting and assisting business operations in all relevant sectors to the project - including safety, design, environmental and accounting.
* Assist with projects within the business that require monitoring and develop a reporting regime to measure and assess unit KPI and operational performance.
* Provide project managers with assistance in establishing, coordinating and documenting projects.
* Actively implement safety, environmental and appropriate workplace behaviours within the business according to legislation and company policy
* Analyse data and reporting systems for projects and; report all potential improvement procedures and/processes so they may reach desired company outcomes.

To be successful for the position you must have:

* Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, business studies, Project Management or an equivalent discipline, or equivalent experience
* Experience in the management of applications systems and its reporting framework
* Min. 5 years experience in the application of Project Management processes in a construction environment
* Demonstrated experience in the development of reporting and monitoring systems and ability
