Financially well off this organization has interests in a variety of civil infrastructure projects roads and rail to water and pipelines and are positioning themselves for another record breaking year! Having built an enviable reputation as one of the top civil construction specialists in the Asia Pacific regions- their portfolio of completed projects outlines their ability to deliver technically challenging and diverse projects whilst ensuring the professional development of their staff and maintaining a consistently low rate of staff attrition. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Manager who has a passion for the Civil Construction Industry. The role will suit an ambitious and career minded individual who prides themselves on quality and enjoys working in a dynamic organization of experts where ideas are shared and listened too.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will have a direct role and influence the ever growing Water Division business.

What you will need:

* Australian Contractor Experience
* 10-15 years in a similar role- BDM or Estimating
* Exposure to a variety of civil projects- Roads, Rail and Structures
* Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
* QLD Main Roads proven success
