With exceptional growth and a diverse range of projects across Australia our client has successfully solidified it’s position as one of the preferred contractors to rail infrastructure sector.

With strong growth and expansion into the WA market - working with operators, mining companies and the public sector they currently see an Operations Manager / Construction Manager to oversee all construction works across the state.

This is a senior level position - you will act as 2IC to the State Manager and assume ultimate responsibility for a range of rail construction and maintenance projects across the state, overseeing a team of Project Managers and Engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager or Construction manager to take the next step in their career and move into an Operational Management role managing multiple projects and Project Managers.

You will a degree qualified engineer with at least 5-10 years experience working in the rail industry. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in delivering multiple projects and possess excellent man management and financial / commercial skills.

This is a newly created position within a rapidly expanding contractor - the opportunities for progression are excellent. You will also be rewarded with an exceptional salary and benefits package, commensurate with your experience and indicative of the seniority and importance of the role.
