Listed (ASX: AOH), our client is keen to recruit a Senior Project Geologist to coordinate resource drilling programs at their Cloncurry copper project in Queensland.  The project is one of Australia’s largest undeveloped copper resources with a definitive feasibility study completed for a 26,000 TPA copper operation.
 
As senior Project Geologist, you will be responsible for coordinating a large drilling program at the project site. The main duties will include managing the resource geology work, exploration team, drilling crews and generally managing the day to day operational issues involved with a large drilling campaign.  
 
The successful applicant will have a degree in Geology and a minimum of five years experience especially on RC drilling programs and resource drilling estimation.  Preferably you will have base metal exploration and development experience and be proficient in standard industry software.
