The Consultancy is one of the longest standing in most states. Certainly lots of work. Unlike most other consulting roles you won't have to focus on crunching away at business development and attempt to bring miraculous amounts of projects.

 

They want a good 12D designer as they know the role will fully utilise your profile and experience to be groomed to Management capacity.

 

Equity options are available, which of course pays more the longer you are with the group. Appealing to someone who is looking to ‘settle down’ and really take ownership of the team


Diploma in Civil engineering and 5+ years civil design using 12D is essential
