As head of the Propulsion Business you will lead the engine, propeller and specialist service activities within NZ.​ This exciting role is responsible for leading and managing Safe Air's Propulsion activities as well as building new business relationships world wide.​

To succeed in this demanding role you must have demonstrable leadership experience within Propulsion industry as well as a solid understanding of how to drive growth in strategic partnerships, alliances and ventures with a Service Quality.​  You will be a confident communicator who can demonstrate proven Business Development and Strategic Leadership skills, whilst also motivating and leading a business.​  You will share accountability for the development and implementation of the company's strategic and business plans in particular contributing on matters relating to Propulsion, Specialist Services and capability development.​
