Our client is an international group of companies that provides ground engineering and environmental services throughout Australia, and is committed to the continued professional development of its employees. Due to an expansion, an opportunity exists for a Senior Ecologist/Botanist to join a new ecological services team.

To be successful in this role you must have:

A substantial level of practical experience in the ecological consulting sector.
A relevant degree in environmental science, botany, zoology, ecology or other related natural resource management
Project management experience
Experience in interpreting Victorian legislation
Prepare ecological reports
Experience in local floral is a clear benefit.
Your qualities will include excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, personal drive, flexibility, business acumen and an ability to work in a non-structured environment. You are a proactive individual who is keen to take on responsibility and who is suited to a team-based culture and a corporate work environment.
