Permanent senior level position in the Mining sector in Australia.
Our Client is one of Australia's largest mining resources companies.
An outstanding opportunity has arisen within their Mining Department for an experienced, highly motivated Mine Planning Engineer.
Your key responsibilities will include;
• All aspects of medium and long term mine planning and scheduling, as well as design and layout optimisation reviews.
• Ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of our client’s existing mine planning and engineering systems
• Effective communication of all mine designs, plans and schedules to key stakeholders.
As the successful candidate, you will possess;
• Experience in computerised mine planning systems such as Surpac, Vulcan, MineSight, MedSystem or Whittle 4X.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver results
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
