We have a role for you to either make that step from Senior Metallurgist to Superintendent or if you are already in this position and want to open your horizons to a bigger processing plant then this could be the career move you have been looking for

Our client is offering the chance for you to provide technical support to the Ore Processing department and to help achieve and surpass the departments business plan and production rates. You will be a fantastic team player with the ability to support, mentor and coach a large metallurgical team of 16. You should be an innovative problem solver who has the ability to work in a systematic and analytical manner. The role dimensions are:-

21Mtpa Processing Plant
Dual Train Concentrator
Dump Leach Operation
Four Primary modes of operation
Dual train crushing, conveying and stacking circuit
3 stage floatation
Concentrate handling
Water reclaim
Pyrite leaching and gold recovery circuit
Soluable Copper and Cyanide recovery through SART & AVR
To apply for this role you should have a sound background with proven experience of managing the metallurgical function/department of a large high production mining operation. You should have a dynamic attitude towards your work and be self-motivated (whilst holding the necessary tertiary qualifications).The position is offered on a FIFO 9/5 roster from Perth. The company has undergone some major changes in the last 12 months with the appointment of a new CEO who has brought a wealth of experience to the company resulting in improved conditions, excellent support and training plus the package and benefits that are the envy of their competitors.
