MINING
Must be able to take structural and mechanical work from the point of vendor drawings to production, and manage the labour component effectively
Must be able to co-ordinate all activities and pro actively plan next steps
Strong experience in general steel work
CAD â?? nice to have. Candidates must have QAQC experience and be able to implement it effectively
Contract skilled level position in the Mining sector.

Note:
It is imperative for our client that all candidates applying should have the following characteristics:
Candidates should be on top of their game and should know the metrics which have informed their successes â?? i.e. tons of steel erected per day per person, etc.
Candidates should be pro-active and have sufficient experience in terms of construction to know what to anticipate as next phases of projects and plan accordingly
Candidates should be able to think holistically but actively participate on a day to day basis in terms of getting things working on the ground
Ideally candidates would have had experience in mining related construction, specifically in Africa
