Due to the demands of on-going and new projects in Western Australia, our client is experiencing significant growth and as part of this growth we are seeking a Transport Planner to join their Perth office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide planning and advisory expertise in the area of transport planning within Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct multi-criteria analysis of environmental, social and economic impacts
Define route alignment options and route definition
Undertake cycling, pedestrian and public transport studies inclusive of structure plans, master plans and strategic policy documents
Develop and write planning reports outlining project justifications and impacts
Qualifications/Skills/Attributes:

Tertiary Qualifications in either Civil, Environmental, Urban Planning or similar
Transport engineering/planning experience in a consultancy
Have an appreciation of Transport Modelling
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work to deadlines
