SHOP SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT
Fort McMurray, AB
Responsibilities
In this position, you will manage the welding shop, component rebuilds and field truck servicing. Duties include organizing people and materials with an eye towards meeting cost expectations and getting projects back on track; achieving profit objectives through strong planning, inspections, monitoring and allocation of resources; hiring and developing an efficient and effective team; and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service and products.
Qualifications
Requires 10-15 years’ journeyman experience; PC proficiency with MS Office and Project; certification in safety training; strong supervisory/leadership experience; excellent written communication skills, with ability to prepare presentations and reports; and superior organizational and planning skills.
