Become a divisional leader within the mining services division of this leading global engineering consultancy employing over 15,000 people in over 20 countries worldwide. As a Principal Mechanical Engineer get involved in business strategy and fuel company growth by attaining new contracts.
Be responsible for a current project portfolio in excess of $400M. With a $650M project entering the detailed design phase, provide input on the appointments of key senior staff. Part of your role will be to maintain a hands on technical focus providing innovative design solutions. Maintain and build strong relationships with management, clients and project managers.
Your knowledge and experience will also be called upon as you provide multi disciplinary managerial support. To inspire your efforts benefit from profit share and generous incentives programmes. A direct Pathway exists for the right candidate to rise to a position in Senior Company management within 24 months.
To progress to interview, have a Mechanical Engineering degree with over 10 years post graduate experience. Strong mining background essential.
