Electrical Engineer

Our client, a results focused engineering consultancy providing engineering, procurement and construction management services to the resources industry, is looking for exceptional Electrical Engineers to join their dynamic team.

The purpose of this role is to deliver the electrical engineering components of the RTIOEP 320 Studies/Projects Detailed Engineering Study to the required RTIOEP standards in a manner that will enable a direct transition into implementation of the Project.

Our client is looking for degree qualified Electrical Engineers.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience and/or knowledge in the following:

* Successfully performed the role of Electrical Engineer [or a similar role] at least one other major project
* Highly developed skills in planning and supporting multi activity projects
* Strong technical skills in relation to electrical engineering activities in a project/construction environment.
* High level of awareness of factors affecting health and safety in mining and construction activities, including an awareness of statutory requirements to iron ore mining / coal mining activities.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels high level of negotiation / interpersonal skills
* Well developed computer literacy skills especially with regard to spreadsheet and planning software.

These roles represent long term opportunities with contracts starting at 18 months ongoing. On offer for the successful candidate is a top rate of pay and a structured retention bonus. These are Brisbane based roles.
