This privately owned company has been established for over 20 years is highly respected in its projects and quality of work. They provide a wide range of building services to private construction companies and government departments. Due to sustained growth within the business, there is an excellent opportunity for a talented Rectification Engineer/building Consultant to join their experienced team. In this role you will be working on a variety of projects in residential and commercial construction industry. You will be investigating building defects, preparing technical reports and liaising with the contractors and project managers during the construction process. You will be involved in remedial works.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3 years of local experience in Commercial and Residential construction industry; Experience in conducting on-site assessments of building works and the preparation of accurate reports; Ability to prepare and administer construction contracts, work in progress inspections and progress claim assessments; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of Australian Building Standards Codes; and A desire to progress your career.
