Our Client supplies Design and Construct capability to major Power Projects in Australia and Asia Pacific.
They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to join their Sydney team.
Duties will include the following:
Printing and distribution of construction drawings to the various site offices.
Registering project and vendor drawings.
Maintaining a database of drawings.
Receiving and controlling mechanical, electrical and piping drawings including documentation
Setting up and maintaining files for equipment and items obtained for various Project sites.
Demonstrated skills required for the position:
Strong commitment to accuracy and competency
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Previous experience in developing and implementing document control processes.
Team player with the ability to work independently
Good planning and organising capability
Good communication skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to read drawings.
