About our client
Our client is a results-focused consultancy providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services to the mining, minerals and energy resource sectors. The Rail division in the Perth office is currently undertaking a number of projects with some of Western Australia's major mining and resources clients. Due to the quick progression on projects they currently have requirements for a Signalling/Communications Engineer.

About this position
Working on a major ore project the Signalling Engineer will work closely with the Rail Manager to ensure all objectives are met and completed on time and within budget. Your main responsibility will involve the planning, design and implementation of a new advanced signalling system for the project.

The successful candidate
In order to be successful in this position you be a qualified Signalling/Communications Engineer with previous experience in heavy rail haulage systems in the mining industry.
