An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven civil engineer with infrastructure experience to move into the world of land development. Our client is one of the world’s largest property / land developers with extensive operations and major projects in Australian and overseas.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage significant land development projects from conception through to construction. This will include o Managing design consultants o Construction planning and management o Cost management and procurement o Client management o On-site supervision and management of contractors o Post-construction reviews o Contract management

You will work closely with consultants, contractors, architects, stakeholders and authorities to deliver world-class land development, subdivision and infrastructure works. The successful candidate will possess o Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree o 3-5 years experience with a civil contractor delivering infrastructure works o A strong desire to work in Development o Excellent communication and negotiation skills o Strong construction management / engineering focus
