The Sydney office is currently seeking experienced engineering, architectural or construction recruitment consultants with experience in all related verticals. You may have recently entered the recruitment vertical or be a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge in a exciting, fast paced & successful business. You must enjoy managing the recruitment cycle from end-to-end.

As a key member of the Gemteq team, this role will be responsible for targeting strategic initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

~ Leading the experienced hire recruitment process for a variety of positions, perm &/or contract;
~ Maintain current networks and develops new contacts in local, national and the global marketplace to develop new sources for talent acquisition;
~ Ensure all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are adhered to including; cost effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing, background checks and offers;
~ Develop new job specifications and postings as required;
~ Achieving monthly targets, over 6 month ramp up period
