Engineering Manager – Major Plant Upgrade Project

Located in the Asia Pacific region, this owner and operator of one of the world’s premier mines has significant gold resources and ranks among the top gold producers globally.

Due to expansion, they currently seek a motivated and career oriented Engineering Manager to join their team based in the Pacific Rim. An integral member of the project management team, you will be required to oversee the construction functions of the plant upgrade project and ensure design aspects are in compliance with existing policies and procedures.

In this pivotal role, you will interact with key members of the project team ensuring that the project is constructed on time and within budget. Additional key elements of the role will include the management of the construction design documentation and clarification, implementation and coordination of quality control programs; overseeing contract administration and management of construction schedule and supplier conformance.
