Position Summary:

Worley Parsons Infrastructure, a division of Worley Parsons Pty Ltd one of Australia’s largest private Consulting Engineering Groups undertakes civil, structural and marine engineering projects across a broad range of projects, from studies and conceptual design development through to detailed design, construction roles and project management.

Due to an increasing workload, we are seeking the services of a Civil Designer Draftsperson with experience in civil infrastructure including site layout, earthworks, site services, roads etc.
Applicant must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a team environment under minimal supervision. Aspects of the work will involve coordination across various disciplines (civil, structural, geotechnical) and management of time and progress.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Requirements

* Civil background of 3+ years design drafting experience, including a multidiscipline project environment
* Essential Autocad & 12D competency

Specific Accountabilities

* Design drafting of Civil Infrastructure Projects
* Ability to communicate with clients and sub consultants
* Quality Assurance
* Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the company Quality Assurance system

Safety

* Responsible for personal safety safe working practices
* Excellent communication and written skills required together with experience with MS Word and Excel
