8:6 FIFO roster Small surface operation Restricted QM Ticket required

We have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Mining Engineer to join a small, surface operation. The company has built a strong 'team culture' and is focused on growth through the development of a number of existing projects across Australia.

The existing opportunity will report to the Mine Manager and will require a Restricted QM Ticket. You will work on an attractive FIFO roster and will take direct responsibility for the daily production activities, including:

Developing daily, weekly & monthly mining schedules Assisting with mine design & long-term mine planning Supervise production staff to ensure production targets are achieved Assume 'Acting Mine Manager' duties as required The position will require previous experience in an open-pit environment and you must be prepared to assume a hands-on role. Your ability to cover the Mine Manager duties will also be a key to your success. To be considered, it is essential that you offer the following:

Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineer Restricted QM Ticket Previous experience within small - medium sized operations Experience mentoring graduate staff
