Are you sick of being just another bit player, do you want to play a real part in the company's success and your own future? I am seeking an experienced Civil Estimator for an immediate placement!

A well established player in Bulk Earthworks and Civil Construction, my client has a an immediate need for an experienced Civil Estimator to join their well respected team. They continue to be recognised by their strong client base consisting predominately of private and commercial developers, and demand for their services is high.

Based in their Brisbane offices, you will have the opportunity to entrench yourself with this organisation and really add value to the projects on which you are working.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following key skills:

Strong local experience, with extensive procurement experience and a good overview of where to source materials, and the local area and potential issues involved onsite. Minimum 3 years in a similar role, working on bulk earthworks/civil construction projects. Experience in tender preparation and/or successfully forming an integral part of bid teams. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. A thorough knowledge of relevant regulations, procedures and policies.
