Senior Mining Engineer $150k+ bonuses

Develop into new areas - focus on strategic and long term projects
Technical due diligence and feasibility studies
Developing life of mine models
LOM economic analysis - mining method and equipment selection, capital and operating cost estimation for both 'green' and 'brown' field sites
At the request of clients, the structure of the teams is being reorganised to free up Principals for other areas. This will create a wider scope of responsibility for Senior Mining Engineers, so aside from technical consulting you will be introduced to:
Project Management of multiple projects with direct client interaction - becoming the face of the company
More leadership at a technical and people management level in daily tasks
Involvement in the mentoring of more junior Engineers - passing on your operational expertise
Successful private company boasts the largest coal consulting team in Australia, and very low staff turnover (only 2 have left in the last 2 years). Personal development and culture fit are the keys to this achievement.
