Hana Mining Ltd. is seeking a Senior Mining Engineer to join its team of professionals in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The successful candidate will help guide the company through completion of a feasibility study at its Ghanzi Copper-Silver Project in Botswana, Africa. Candidates must possess a recognized degree in Mining Engineering, must be registered in an internationally recognized professional organization and have a minimum of 10 years of practical mining experience. Experience in open pit mine design and costing is essential. This position requires proficiency in project management, economic analysis, working knowledge of mining software and the ability to work in a team environment. This position is Vancouver-based and will require frequent travel. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. Hana Mining is a Canadian junior mineral exploration and development company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, with a focus to acquire, explore and develop mineral projects in Botswana. The company has recently raised sufficient working capital to advance the Ghanzi Copper-Silver Project, with a goal to make it one of Africa’s premier mineral deposits. Hana Mining is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (“HMG”) and on the Frankfurt Exchange (“4LH”). The Ghanzi Project is located in northwestern Botswana. The property consists of five license blocks covering approx. 2,200 sq. km. The Project area contains sediment-hosted copper-silver mineralization with a demonstrated cumulative strike length of over 16 kilometers. Hana Mining recently released results of its first NI 43-101 resource estimate, announcing an Inferred resource of 2.9 Billion lb of copper and 51.1 Million oz of silver (0.3% Cu cut-off grade).
