One of Sydney's most respected home builders have recently been successful in winning many tenders for the NSW housing stimulus package and are predicting the next two years to be extremely busy. This well known contractor who has a history of over 25 years in the Sydney market are in need of 2 experienced Production Estimators to join their already highly successful estimating team.

You will be joining an established and friendly supportive team of estimators, already possessing at least 2 years experience as a Production Estimator you will know that the role involves checking tenders, contract drawings and colour schedules for consistency, as well as producing bill of quantities and purchase orders. There are 2 roles on offer at the minute, one working in their standard projects homes division and one in their newly created custom homes division.

The successful candidates for these roles will already possess at least 2 years in a similar role with a known home builder in Sydney, you will have strong time management skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A Construction qualification or a trade background is preferred and will support your application but is not essential.
