We are looking for people that are inline with these values. As a Panel Supervisor / Deputy you will be responsible for leading a production crew in the delivery allocated work activities. You will demonstrate leadership in safety and undertake inspections as required. You will work closely with the Undermanager, allocating resources & ensuring the extraction of coal in the safest & most efficient manner possible. You will also be responsible for using initiative to providing process improvement to the operation. This role exists at a challenging mine that will provide you with stability and long-term professional growth. There is an extremely attractive remuneration package available to the successful applicant including performance bonuses, site allowances and other lifestyle benefits.
