Immediate start for 10 weeks Fantastic visual comms project Good Hourly Rates
Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate the activities of the visual communications project team who are engaged in the preparation of a response to a major transport infrastructure tender.

We envisage that the project will run for a period of approximately 10 weeks commencing immediately. The role will involve a high level of organising and co-ordinating activity, sourcing, collating and preparing information, tracking and reporting on weekly progress against timeline and generally acting as a central point of contact for the team.

A range of responsibilities could include:
file maintenance and information management team and meeting coordination scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, reporting managing bid inputs, tracking material, version control preparing draft presentations and assistance with finalisation of of print presentations as required

You will need strong MSOffice skills (with particular emphasis on Word), excellent keyboard skills, the very best of communication ability, absolutely top level organisational skills and the ability to remain cool and composed under pressure. Ideally you will have previous experience in a tender preparation environment and be comfortable in a deadline driven situation. Previous roles in project based positions, in construction or engineering will be highly regarded.

It is imperative you are able to commit to the duration of the project as this is a pivotal role in the team.
